I lost the hearing in my right ear from a virus attack and suppressed immune system in 2016 and was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease in 2017. I have used Whole Food Plant-Based Nutrition & Ayurveda Lifestyle, meditation, mindfulness, breathwork, yoga, emotion regulation skills, stress resilience, changed stress habits, cognitive-behavioral change, and yoga psychology skills to strengthen my immune and nervous system, detox, and heal moving towards remission.
