Jennie Wise, best known for her specialty in Yoga Psychology, has created revolutionary new ways to cope with emotional and/or mental health conditions. She has combined her 1000+ hours of Yoga Certifications with Specialty in Yoga Psychology, Spirituality, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and her Master of Health Science as part of with her own personal healing journey to create a unique program to help clients create more inner peace by delivering personal development, stress & life management skills and positive mindset transformation through the medium of yoga and meditation.
Jennie refers to herself as a recovering perfectionist and extreme overachiever. As most of us do as humans, she struggled with thoughts of unworthiness, inadequacy, and “not good enough” or the “Inner Critic.” She looked for validation from those around her & achievements outside of herself instead of from God and within herself. She has changed that behavioral pattern (Samskara). She now gives herself credit that she can be doing the best she can while improving areas that need to change. It is no longer all or nothing thinking but instead practicing self-compassion skills. This behavioral pattern transformation transpired through individual therapy, yoga psychology training, 3 Pillars of Yoga: Asana physical practice, Meditation, & Pranayama Breath work as well as spiritually prayer & belief in strength & faith in God has changed her life. She is passionate about sharing with others these coping & change skills she learned through that transformation & healing process.
Her professional background in Software Technology Sales means she knows first hand the pressures of the corporate world and the importance of managing that stress. She feels very strongly about making Yoga Psychology, Mindfulness, & Meditation accessible to clients before they reach the crisis point. This is a proactive approach to stress turning into full blown anxiety, depression, insomnia, or other health issues. Jennie is excited to offer complimentary Mindfulness & Self Compassion Series open to the general public along with Private Sessions to teach these skills and create healthy change. Jennie began practicing Mindfulness, Meditation, & Yoga as a way to manage her own daily life, work related, career transition, and personal stress.
She originally was a top performing and results driven enterprise software sales professional with a track record of sales excellence who transitioned from the corporate world. After 15+ years of living in a at a very high stress level and not living her authentic self, she then hit a wall of needing to make some serious changes. There was a “perfect storm” that brewed where Jennie found herself going through both a professional and personal crisis, her marriage was ending in a bitter divorce and her career choice was no longer serving her also. Jennie was “spiritually and emotionally broken and exhausted,” and the answer to creating a new life from a heart-centered and sacred place began with Jennie’s first yoga class.
After only 3 months of yoga practice, Jennie’s passion for healing and transformation through yoga and meditation became paramount and Jennie began her Yoga Teacher Training program. After just 8 months, she taught her first her first yoga class. Jennie wanted to share her experience and help other people do the same.
Through her healing journey, she was able to better understand her authentic self, strengths, and life purpose (Dharma). Through her journey back to the authentic self, she discovered she is a highly sensitive, passionate, and emotional person but when harnessed, is an immense strength. It allows her to be empathetic & compassionate to yogi students and clients. She has gone through the journey of managing emotions, stress, energy, and keeping healthy relationships as a highly sensitive person! She has found her calling to help others do the same!

Jennie seeks to help others live each moment mindfully and to thrive in life by nurturing and connecting to body, mind and soul and to step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced. Jennie is service oriented providing community classes and KARMA yoga projects & fundraisers such as 4 Paws for Emily at Hope Church & Hope Church College Ministry & most recently Pray with Your Body – Community Workshop & Holy Yoga Flow. Received diverse training at RYT 500 Master’s Level Certification in Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow, Yin, & Slow Flow lineage from Jonny Kest Life Power Yoga. Focused on continuous philosophical education & specialty certifications, including 95 Hour Holy Yoga under founder Brooke Boon in Phoenix, AZ. Jennie has completed specialty training in the Psychology & Neuroscience of Yoga in Los Angeles, CA.
