The short answer is NO. Although, if you would like to join us for the Launch Day 1 and Graduation Day 21, it will be at a specific time for LIVE STREAM, however the replay will also be available. Recorded REPLAYS will be available for the 21 days of meditations and all the material included.
On average, you will need 15-45 minutes daily. You will have daily meditation starting at 5 minutes and breathwork, option to add Yoga which would be additional 15 minutes daily, and daily lesson 5-15 minutes. If it takes 21 days (ideal to set the habit), 42 days, or longer to get through the material, that is okay. It will all be recorded.
Yes. You can go back to it at anytime and play the lessons, classes, meditations as many times as you would like.
YES – all are welcome – we will teach you the common myths of starting or keeping a lifelong meditation practice. We will also teach the WiseMind Method which is a unique combination of multiple meditation styles and philosophies to keep you going in the self care practice.
