The clients that say they don’t have time for self care, meditation, and stress resilience tools, those are the ones that need it most. The students living in a stress pattern and busy syndrome story are the ones that will eventually end of with anxiety, depression, insomnia, or disease.

A majority of the videos for each module are pre-recorded. There will be weekly mentoring or masterclass calls on Tuesday of each month that will allow you to interact with Jennie and other members of the training. Call times will vary to accommodate as many global time zones as possible. These will also be recorded, so if you are unable to make it live you can watch the recorded video.

The course itself provides many opportunities to interact with Jennie, including the monthly mentoring calls and the private Facebook group. If you are interested in an individual consultation and/or coaching session, that can be booked outside of the online training. When pay in full, bonus is 2 hours of private sessions with Jennie.

Based on your commitment level, weekly commitment will vary. It would be 1 hour for weekly seminar or group coaching call. When you add meditation practice, 35 minutes a week, 5 Minutes Daily or set intention of X days per week for mediation to start.
