Yoga Psychology is a type of custom & individualized therapy that uses yoga postures, breathing exercises, mindfulness, evidence based Neuroscience & Meditation & guided imagery to improve mental, emotional and physical health in conjunction with breaking through and transforming unhealthy behavior patterns in Sanskrit called Samskaras. This journey all starts with self-awareness and the desire to change a current pattern.
The holistic focus of yoga psychology encourages the integration of mind, body and spirit. Unlike a standard yoga class, Yoga Psychology sessions are typically conducted in one-on-one or small group settings. Yoga Psychology can be provided as an adjunct therapy to complement other forms of treatment, such as talk therapy, or it can be used to directly treat a specific issue.
