Yoga Psychology is a type of custom & individualized therapy that uses yoga postures, breathing exercises, mindfulness, evidence based Neuroscience & Meditation & guided imagery to improve mental, emotional and physical health in conjunction with breaking through and transforming unhealthy behavior patterns in Sanskrit called Samskaras. This journey all starts with self-awareness and the desire to change a current pattern.

The holistic focus of yoga psychology encourages the integration of mind, body and spirit. Unlike a standard yoga class, Yoga Psychology sessions are typically conducted in one-on-one or small group settings. Yoga Psychology can be provided as an adjunct therapy to complement other forms of treatment, such as talk therapy, or it can be used to directly treat a specific issue.

Yoga techniques range from beginner to advanced and can be beneficial for people of all ages.

Mindfulness Boutique Community Classes

Are you looking for the individualized attention that comes along with a small studio that also incorporates the benefits of a highly experienced “larger studio” team?

Then look no further. Our boutique yoga classes can integrate beautifully into your regular workout program or serve as a stand alone.

Yoga can help prevent injury, relax muscles, and keep you flexible. Furthermore, the benefits of reduced stress and increased oxygen levels can give you an overall sense of wellbeing that can become deliciously addictive in a good way.

Our WiseMind yoga teacher team will give you tools you can always use outside of a class or as we say in the yoga world, “off the mat.” Everyone could use tips on how to stand taller, sit upright, and stretch properly before exercise. Moreover, certain breathing techniques will get you through the tough times in life. But the best thing our classes will give you is the opportunity to help you see yourself at a different level, to go deeper to the place where your spirit shines, and to help you shine that light outward for others to see.

Our boutique class instructors will take the time to show you how to get into and out of every pose properly.
