Yoga Psychology is a type of custom & individualized coaching that uses yoga postures, breathing exercises, mindfulness, evidence-based Neuroscience & Meditation & guided imagery to improve mental, emotional and physical health in conjunction with breaking through and transforming unhealthy behavior patterns in Sanskrit called Samskaras. This journey all starts with self-awareness and the desire to change a current pattern.
The holistic focus of yoga psychology encourages the integration of mind, body and spirit. Unlike a standard yoga class, Yoga Psychology sessions are typically conducted in one-on-one or small-group settings. Yoga Psychology can be provided as adjunct technique to complement other forms of treatment, such as counseling, or it can be used to directly treat a specific issue.
