After Breakdown and Burnout from 15 years of overachievement in the Corporate World without stress resilience skills, Jennie has gone back to “Yoga College, Therapy, and Deep Inner Healing Behavioral Pattern Work” spending over 5000 hours and invested over $50K in Masters Level Yoga Teacher Training, Cognitive Behavior Medicine therapy groups, individual therapy, teaching seminars, classes, leading small groups and yoga teacher training, studying and practicing these skills for 7 years.

Yoga Psychology, Stress Resilience, Daily Mindfulness Practice and Mindful Meditation, Mindful Self Compassion, Mindful Leadership and Communication, Cognitive Behavioral Change, Emotional Regulation and Coping Skills, Conscious Relationships, and the physical, emotional, and spiritual practice of Living the Philosophy of Yoga.
